Our tours run rain or shine, we recommend dressing in layers.
We might make the call to cancel a tour ahead of time if it seems unsafe, at which point we’ll reach out to guests directly to alert them.

Public tour bookings are fully refundable, or transferable up until 24hrs before the tour start.
For private & group tours, there is a non-refundable deposit of $150 USD. Tours are then fully refundable up until 2 weeks before the tour date.

We cap public tours at 15 people.
For our group tours we can take up to 22 (at which point it begins to get unwieldy when crossing the street). For larger groups we will split in two, add a guide, and run simultaneously.

We love getting younger guests on the tour! You know your kid best, but based on the tour content we find the tour is generally appropriate for ages 13 and up*.

You can always book a private tour if you’d like us to give a PG-version.
*There is no separate kid pricing however babies are always welcome to join at no cost- the route is stroller accessible.

The route takes about two hours, under 2 miles (3.2km) and is completely accessible.
There are also multiple spots where you can take a seat should you need to rest.

About 1/3 of each tour are people on their own. The tour is interactive and you’ll find a very likeminded group - so you’ll come out with friends!
